OPUS can record over 3 hours of compressed audio on a standard
32MB PDA. If that's not enough then you can record over 15
hours with a 64 MB expansion memory card.
The following information is stored in each sound file:
 Name of the dictation author.
Date and time of the dictation.
Priority.
Any notes that you would like the transcriber to read.
If a medical dictation, then a work type and patient ID are
also stored in the sound file.
OPUS has the following features:
10 to 1 audio compression allows you to store 10 times more
audio than with a standard recorder.
Support for storage cards allows you to expand the audio storage
and safeguard your recordings from battery rundown.
You may overwrite or insert audio for easy audio editing.
Use the hardware buttons on the Pocket PC to record, play, stop,
fast forward, rewind - just like a standard handheld recorder.
OPUS is fully integrated into Boston Bar’s family of products.
